It is our mission to get the best results out of your workout. We foresee that more and more athletes will step away from old training methods for instance, training with isolated exercise machines. Especially now, since a lot of the new scientific studies show that training over several joints and using the largest possible part of the muscle chain, give great results.
It is never too late for a new workout regime, train smart, start now! Don’t get us wrong, isolated training with fitness machines after a muscle injury is not wrong; often it is proven functional for quick recovery.
But for the athlete without any injuries, training with your own bodyweight and gravity is a must! If you use strength training to become a better athlete you should always train compound exercises or multi-joint movements. If you use strength training to tone and slim your body, the gym remains your best choice. That does not mean you cannot use our equipment to improve your performance.
